Tahniah atas usaha biskita menghidukan kembali nostalgia kenangan manis yang silam. Terasa rugi bila hamba tidak berpeluang menyertai biskita semua di majlis 're-union' yang indah tersebut. I was in Terengganu when I received sms from Sulaiman Othman (Kambar) a day before the occasion. I told him, "inda boleh postpone kah?" Jawabnya, "kau ani inda berubah-ubah..." Hehehe...

Luv 2 met u all, esp those yg sudah jd Peng. Ada peluang bisnes kh? Ahaks!!!

Lastly, salam manis utk semua warga pte'78. semoga anda semua berjaya mencapai impian, amin...

A'kum To All

Hjh Normah from HSBC....just come back from attending overseas conference after the reunion. Am so excited to visit this page. Great job and well done. It was a very happy moment for me to be able to meet you all again although I can only remember some of you as I only stayed for 8 months at Jalan Muara and did not have the opportunity to join you all at Gadong. When I joined HSBC, I expect to see some of you to drop by in any of HSBC branches I was stationed. Alhamdullilah, here we are and my dream to meet you all again comes true...Thanks to the reunion organising committe....

Pg Adnan, I didn't know that you pandai berpantun......

I note that there are a lot of activities planned. For your information, I am one of the HSBC Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) committee member. I believe you all would have seen or read in newspapers or other media HSBC involvement in community work in Brunei Darussalam. HSBC approach to this initiative is not only in financial sponsorship but we encourage our staff to get involve in the activities. So, if there is anything that I can assist please let me know.

On a separate matter, as we are approaching our retirement age, I feel we need to have some cushions ( financial security / guarantee ) besides the gratuity payment that everyone will receive at their retirement. I like to propose we buy a shophouse under a Syarikat xxxxx ( to be named ) and either rent it to other organisations or we open a retail shop supplying the daily necessities for members of pte1978 students. If foreigners ( like the Indians ) can operate successfully and earn huge revenue, I am confident we locals can take this challenge.

We will be able to open job opportunities to show Bruneian Cares attitude and one-stop shopping for members... I have other things in mind where if we do together, we can generate some income. Insyaallah, we can discuss later...

Insya Allah, some of our colleagues are v business minded (*hint to Kas, Koi, etc etc )to realise our good cause/s. I am pleased to see that you have expressed your hopes - I am sure there'll be some of our colleagues out there willing to help us set up our own 'koperasi'. Miss our hostel life - but me and zbd inda dpt ikut begauk last time, we were quite serious dulu atu ah - maklum mnjaga disiplin anak buah. .. yea...gd to c u at the theatre Mall too, our fave pastime kalau stress aftr a wk of hard work tu.. u should organize our frenz utk pegi meliat wyg too! btw I wonder how to pass to you some photos of reunion? I've got some xtras to giv away..

Glad to readd all your conversation...Banar jua nya Amas atu...waktu di hostel dulu memang Ketua umum dan ketua penuntut serius bah...maklum sajalah anak buah ani gauk2 dan nyanyah2 mulut tapi pasal bekerjasama memang nda dapat dinafikan...contohnya waktu kitani organise orientasi di gadong...masa atu kelengkapan alum semua ready..last2 Dewan makan tani jadikan tempat pembukaan orientasi..baik jua ada idea kan pakai meja makan jadikan pentas...hehehe...tekanang jua masa buat persembahan...ada 1 of the performer tegugur dibelakang pentas sebab ada ruang disana...hehehe....melabuk bunyinya macam nangka gugur dari pokok....tapi masa atu tah menunjukkan kerjasama dari tani semua: nda kira english stream, malay stream: semuanya berganding bahu bekerjasama...Memang siuk dan banyak suka duka yg kan dikanang waktu disana atu...

Awu, ingat ku tu kamu ngusai2 dewan makan untuk orientasi freshies - semua org kerja karas but evrybody enjoy helping and ikut ckp ketua huh.., kesian eh.. i think iatah membari ktani semua jadi gooooooood frenz sampai ani..kalau menganang hidup di hostel atu bagai2 kan diceritakan. Yg fantastiknya, orang junior and senior ktani pun masih dapat recall all our doings semasa dulu atu - alhamdulillah, all good comments! Mudah2an niat baik ktani sentiasa dirahmati. You're correct, everyone in our batch dulu atu memang saling bantu membantu sesama sendiri dan masih tekanang jua cana usul wajah2 kawan2 tani semua...masa berlalu tapi semua apa yg tani sama2 rasakan memang sukar kan dilupakan terutama waktu lepak2 di dining hall...
